We are gearing up to celebrate our next class of UHCL alumni for our spring 2024 in person commencement 仪式 on Saturday, May 11, 2024, at NRG竞技场.
There will be two ceremonies. Approximately 40 volunteers are needed for each of our two ceremonies to help welcome families and friends to the venue, distribute programs, direct guests to seats, help students check in, assist graduates with robing, assist students needing special accommodations, or other needs that may arise.

Two Shifts Available
Choose one or both ceremonies to volunteer. More information regarding arrival and leave times will be provided during meetings.
- 10 a.m. 仪式 – arrive at 7:30 a.m.
- 3 p.m. 仪式 – arrive at 12 p.m.
Shuttle Service for 毕业典礼
The Office of the Registrar shuttle service to/from UHCL and NRG竞技场 for both ceremonies will be provided based on the number of confirmed riders. If you have additional questions or concerns please contact the Office of the Registrar at 281-283-2525 or email graduation@hongdadengshi.com.
